Weekly News

 March 30th - April 3rd 

• Math: Students will understand that numbers are made of tens and ones.  No Math Test This Week. 

• Domain:  Students will continue to learn about plant parts, animal senses, and how plants respond to the environment.

• Writing: We will continue our Informative Writing unit.  Through this unit, students will build a solid understanding of how to write to provide information about a specific topic.

• Letterland: Unit 29 Children learn the r-controlled sounds,ar and or. In letterland the vowels are sometimes captured by Vowel Stealing Robots  No Spelling test this week.

•  Reading: We will continue reading stories from our reader “Grace”. We will review nouns, pronouns and spellings for /n/ and /s/. 

• Sight Words: Please practice sight words each night.  The assessment will be on Tuesday, March 31st.
