Dear Parents and Guardians,
Thank you for your interest in next year's Washington, D.C. field trip! For those who were unable to attend the informational meeting, below is a recap of the important information that was shared.
Students: $819
Parents/Chaperones: $1,019
Students will stay in quad occupancy rooms during the trip.
$99 deposit due by June 1
All remaining balances due by September 1
Payments made directly to our online portal: https://trips.grandclassroom.com/Trip/Index?uniqueUrl=10024
We must have at least 35 travelers committed in order for the trip to take place.
At this time, we are not placing a cap on the number of participants. We would love for as many students and parents as possible to have the opportunity to attend. Please note that siblings who are not part of the trip group will not be permitted to attend. If you have additional questions or are interested in participating, please feel free to reach out.
We are excited about the possibility of offering this memorable experience for our students!

Dean of Secondary Education

If your child does not pass an EOG, they may attend remediation sessions. These are opportunities for your child to review material before retesting. Please allow your child to remain on campus for the duration of each school day in order to attend the remediation sessions. Remediating and retesting is strongly encouraged as it creates a second opportunity for your child to demonstrate proficiency and growth.
Attached to this email are helpful test prep tips.
Thank you for helping your child do their best during these final weeks of the school year!
