7th Math Syllabus

Currently working on:

We have completed unit 6A and 6B. We will be testing on the full unit Monday March 16. On March 17, 2026 we will begin Unit 7 Probability. We will be using theoretical probability and experimental probability.

Students will need to complete two "my path" Math lessons weekly on IReady. Students will be graded for this. 100=2 IReady completed. 50= 1 IReady completed. 0= no IReady completed.

Looking forward:

By the end of unit 7, students will be able to say:

❑ I can express the likelihood of an event occurring (0 impossible to 1 certain).

❑ I can approximate the probability of an event occurring.

❑ I can find the probability of events.

❑ I can develop a uniform probability model.

❑ I can develop a probability model by observing frequencies.

❑ I can find probability of compound events using lists, tables, tree diagrams, and

simulations.

❑ I can represent sample space for compound events.

❑ I can design and use frequencies for compound events.
