● Backpacks and lunch bags must be school colors in any combination of red, black, white or clear.. No characters are permitted. Any logos must be school colors and blend in with the backpack. (Subject to Headmaster’s/Deans’ discretion.)
This is why the pop on multicolored decorations on the Croc backpacks are not permitted. It falls under the characters or colors outside of our dress code. Students are not allowed to keep any characters or objects popped on the backpacks that are not black, white, red, or a combo of colors.
Example/Clarifications: If a student had a ladybug pop on (white, black, and red), then it would be fine to leave on. If it was Minnie Mouse or a character from a show, etc. or an object (like a tree -brown and green- then it would not be permitted to stay on.
● Parents may choose to have student’s initials put on backpacks or lunch boxes for easy identification. It is not advised to put students’ full names on book bags for safety purposes as these items are also used off school grounds. Backpacks, lunch boxes and purses should not have inappropriate writing, dangling keys, key chains and/or chains.
Example/Clarifications: Students are not permitted to have key chains such as Labubus or other items on their backpacks according to our policy.
We have some exciting news to share regarding our Student of the Month winners! Jammin J's Pizza Factory has generously partnered with us to offer each winning student a pizza credit that can be used when ordering from their website for lunch. To make it easy for the owner, Jeff Walker, to add the credit, winning students must have a Jammin J's account.
Action Item: Create a Jammin J's Pizza Factory Account!
We're excited to announce that we have partnered with Jammin J's Pizza Factory to reward our Student of the Month Award winners with a pizza credit (this also applies to August and September winners; a credit will be given to those winners as well)! To ensure your child receives this free credit if they are selected as a winner, parents must create an account on the Jammin J's Pizza Factory website. Please find the PDF of instructions attached below to complete this step. After your account is created, the pizza credit will be automatically added when your student is selected.

REMINDERS:
Infinite Campus: Please update your information & complete the Permission to Publish form in Infinite Campus
Water bottles: Please make sure your student has a spill-proof water bottle. One they can easily hold & fits in their book bag.
Backpacks and Lunch bags: All backpacks and lunch bags must be school colors in any combination of red, black, and white only. No characters are permitted. Any logos on bags must be school colors only and blend in with the backpack.
Also, backpacks, lunch boxes and purses should not have inappropriate writing, dangling keys, key chains and/or chains.
Handsanitizer: Students should not bring scented handsanitizer to school. I have unscented handsanitizer available for their use.
2026-2027 Dress Code short version:
Outerwear Permitted Inside the Building
Coats, jackets, ¼-zip pullovers and sweaters that are red, solid black, solid white OR a combination of these colors are permitted.
These items must be embroidered with PCA's logo / Spirit Wear logo.
Any items (solid colored or in a combination of school colors) that are not embroidered are not approved as daily school wear and must be removed. (ie: Buffalo Plaid, large non PCA logos, etc.).
Hooded Clothing (Outside Only)
Hooded clothing cannot be worn inside the building at any time.
Shoes:
must be school colors. Students may not wear sandals, flip-flops, clogs, Crocs, Toe-Shoes, mules or boots.
Accessories Reminders
Socks must be worn daily. They should be solid white, solid red, solid black or white with school plaid trim. A small logo is permitted, not to exceed 1".
Tights - Solid red, solid white or solid black tights.
Leggings - Solid black leggings can be worn under skorts or dresses.
