Welcome to our class! 

Update for the week of February 23-27:

Last week, we finished reading The Three Theban Plays by Sophocles. There was a quiz, a test, and a classwork grade on constructed responses. We also were introduced to our next unit of reading Inferno by Dante Alighieri. 

This week, there will be a Classwork grade on a poem that we will read and there will be a quiz when we get half-way through the text. 

Update for the week of February 23-27:

Last week, we finished our unit on The Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass. There was a quiz and a test grade. We also began reading The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne.

We also completed unit 2 in AP Classroom, and there was a quiz grade for that unit. We also began unit 3 on using sources in FRQ responses on the AP English Language and Composition exam. 

This week, there will be a Classwork grade on a poem. There will also be a quiz on The Scarlet Letter. Additionally, as we finish unit 3 in AP Classroom, there will be another quiz.
