Meet the Teacher

I attended Appalachian State University from 2014-2017 and earned my bachelor’s degree in Applied & Public History. I am currently finishing my residency program through ECU to complete my teaching licensure. This will be my 5th year of teaching, and my third at PCA after spending two years in Fayetteville. I am excited to begin the school year!

I am a huge football and basketball fan, specifically the Panthers and Hornets. Some of my hobbies include playing guitar, taking nature hikes, and disc golf!

Favorite (local) restaurant: Red Bridges BBQ

Favorite vacation spots: The Appalachian mountains and just about any beach!

Favorite color: Blue (or Green, sometimes it just depends on the day!)
