Pizza Without Pollinators:

Grains are pollinated by wind, so we could still have a pizza crust without pollinators, but all the good stuff like tomatoes and vegetables would be off the table.  As for the cheese and meat, both thanks to cows, bees pollinate the alfalfa they eat, so cheese and meat would be in limited supply if we did not have pollinators.

What can YOU do to help pollinators?  

• Plant a pollinator garden of native plants and wildflowers

• Plant milkweed

• Stop using pesticides

• Protect pollinator habitat

• Make or buy a pollinator hotel

• Spread awareness!
