OFF-SEASON Conditioning / Training

2. ALWAYS dress to go outside. “32 degree rule”

3. We will meet at either the stadium (new locker rooms) or the HS gym/weightroom.

4. 2:50 PM - 4:10 PM - Schedule is subject to change... pay attention to the weather!

5. Don’t try to do more than you are capable of doing. I won’t ask you to… but, I will challenge you.

6. Not mandatory.

7. You are welcome to, but not required to, participate in indoor meets. This is NOT school sanctioned.
