THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!

Itinerary:  

2:30 - 4:00 PM: Maroon Gym - Post Prom Bag check-in as well as PocketWatch memory photo station 

2:30 - 4:00 : Photo stations to have friends, family photos taken in the hallway between gymnasiums - there will not be time after Grand March to take any photos

3:45 - Begin lining up in Gold Gym 

**Once you are done walking, there will be snacks in the Gold Gym to help get by until dinner. 

Around 5:20 - King & Queen will be announced in the Gold Gym; remaining attendants will board buses while King & Queen walk through auditorium. Guests will be released once buses have left. 

Once we arrive at the venue, attendants will get in line at the buffet to dish immediately. Bus Rosters are going to be according to where you are seated at the venue to have a (hopefully) better flow to the process. Please be patient as these new processes are inducted.  

Post Prom Notes:

• Bag Check-in is 2:30-4:00 PM, BEFORE Grand March, located in the Maroon Gym.

• Bags will be inspected - so please don’t bring anything you’re not supposed to have at school. 

• Bag should be able to be closed.

• Once checked in, your bag will not be accessible to you until you return for post prom, so make sure you have everything you need out of it.

• Your overnight bag should contain: 

  • comfortable clothes

  • comfortable shoes

  • hangers for your dress clothes. 

• Photo Opportunities with Family and Friends & PocketWatch Souvenir Photo - 2:30-4:00 PM

• Tuxedos rented from Celebrations Formal will be picked up from the school. 

2024 Menu: 

• Buffet of Maple Dijon Chicken (GF/DF) & Seared Pork Tenderloin (GF/DF)

• There is a Vegetarian/Vegan option (will be plated separate from the buffet) 

• Dessert will be Cake (Gluten free cake for anyone GF)  provided by Nothing Bundt Cakes, Rochester

• Beverages will be Water,  Lemonade & Punch
