Student Resources
Dual enrollment students are college students. You are expected to be prepared for the academic rigor and challenge of college-level work. As a college student, you are expected to take responsibility for your education, which will require you to listen, ask appropriate questions and do the work necessary to be successful in your course(es).
Digital student IDs are a new and convenient way for students to access their identification. With digital IDs, students can easily retrieve their ID on a smartphone, eliminating the need to carry a physical card. This modern solution not only reduces the risk of loss or damage but also aligns with our commitment to sustainability by minimizing plastic use and printing.
Accessible anytime and anywhere, digital student IDs provide a flexible, eco-friendly option for accessing campus services, student discounts, and more.
Follow these instructions to request your digital ID card.
Use a neutral and solid background with good lighting.
Make sure your photo presents your full head from the shoulders up with space above the head.
Center your head within the frame.
Face the camera straight on. No selfies or tilted head. We suggest asking someone else to take your photo.
Take the picture indoors.
Submit a color photo that does not include pets, other people, objects, or filters.
Have glasses on, if normally worn.
Please note that a student ID is not recognized as an official form of government-issued identification. Valid government IDs include a driver's license, state ID card, passport, or other official documents issued by a governmental authority.
