How does the cleanup process work?
After your two-hour picnic, our team returns to handle the cleanup. While we take care of the majority of the cleanup, we kindly ask guests to dispose of any trash in the provided bins.

Can we bring alcohol to our picnic setup?
We appreciate your excitement about enhancing your picnic experience; however, bringing alcohol to public parks, beaches, or any location where our picnics are set up is illegal and strictly prohibited. As a company, we adhere to local laws and regulations. We kindly ask guests to refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages to the picnic setup.

What is the cancellation policy for Picky Picnics?
We understand that plans may change. You can reschedule your picnic with us, but please note that deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable.
How do deposits work when booking a picnic with Picky Picnics?
After submitting your order form through the BOOK NOW tab, we will contact you to finalize details and request payment through our invoicing system. To secure your desired date and time, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit ensures that your reservation is confirmed, and the remaining balance is due before the start of your picnic.
What happens if we arrive late to our scheduled picnic time?
If you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled picnic without any prior notice, we reserve the right to pack up. However, if you inform us in advance about your delay, your late arrival will cut into your own picnic time.
What if there's damage to the picnic setup or property during the event?
We provide contracts outlining terms and conditions. Any damages incurred to our property during your picnic will be billed accordingly after the event.
