About Me
About Me
I'm a Pickens County native and love that I can teach in the county where I grew up. I love to travel and anything Disney! My family and teaching are my passions. I knew from the time I was in kindergarten that I was going to be a teacher and in 2011 my dream became my reality. I graduated from Reinhardt University and started my teaching career the following year. In 2017, I obtained my Master's Degree in Special Education and I will graduate from Piedmont College this spring with my Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I feel that every child has the ability to learn and that is it my duty as an educator to ensure all my students feel safe and loved.

To my former students, I will always care about where you go and what you do. You're always one of my kiddos. To my future students, know that you will walk into a classroom filled with love. I can't wait to meet you. To my current students, I hope this is your best year ever. We are going to have such a great year together! Let's do it all and have some fun!
