- How to reach:
A link and a document appear below to help you reach IIT Madras. Please note that entry to IIT Madras is only through the main gate (on Sardar Patel Road), where you will need to register at the main gate security.

All talks will be held in Physics Seminar Hall (HSB 209), located on the first floor of the building housing the Physics Department. This building is also referred to as the Central Lecture Theatre (CLT) or the Humanities and Science Block (HSB).
- Accommodation:
Your accommodation is arranged at one of the two guest houses on IIT Madras Campus - Taramani Guest House (TGH) and Bose-Einstein Guest House (BEGH). Kindly refer to the maps below for directions to the Venue from respective guest houses. Note also, that your breakfast and dinner are arranged at the guest house you are staying.
Important: Your accommodation is booked during 1-5 March. You will be able to check-in throughout the day on 1st March and check-out by 5th evening. We request you to plan your travel accordingly.
- Lunch
Lunch on all four days of the workshop (March 1-4) for all participants is arranged at the Special Dining Hall of Taramani Guest House (TGH) at 1 P.M.

The Welcome Dinner will be at the IIT Madras Research Park. Please refer to the maps below for directions to the entrance of IITM Research Park from the Department of Physics and Taramani Guest House (TGH), respectively. Further instructions are outlined below:
There is a direct and pleasant walking route to the Research Park entrance, as highlighted above. At 6:30 PM, our volunteers (wearing yellow strap IDs) will guide you from the Taramani Guest House, first, to the Research Park entrance and then to the welcome dining area.
Alternatively, you can take the in-campus bus, which runs only until the last stop (Taramani Gate), from where you will need to walk to the Research Park entrance.
If you prefer NOT to take the walk or campus bus+walk, we shall have a standby vehicle waiting at respective guest houses and will drop you at the dinner venue. We insist that you wait outside your respective guest house at 6:45PM.
Dinner will be served from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Since the path from the Research Park to the IITM campus closes at 9:30 PM, we will guide participants back to the campus by 9:15 PM using the same route.

- Conference Dinner on March 3
A conference dinner will be held at 7:30 PM in HSB 133 (opposite CLT, on the ground floor of Humanities and Sciences Block).
