Shipping Information

All shipping will be done via UPS or USPS with a processing time typically of 1-2 weeks for premade items.

Custom items will have a previously discussed timeline based on material availability & processing time.

Most items are extremely fragile. They will be packaged to the best of our ability for shipping. We will do our best to work with you for repairs or returns in the event the item was damaged during shipping.  Phyl's Odds & Oddities is not liable for damage after receiving packages due to improper handling or care.
