Topic: DFT investigations on magnetic topological insulators and topological semi metals 

Objectives:

• Electronic structure study of some candidate materials for intrinsic magnetic topological insulators and magnetic topological semi metals

• Studying the surface states and topological properties of proposed magnetic topological insulators and topological semi metals.

• Phonon band structures of proposed MTIs and their thermodynamic stability

• Study the interplay of electron–electron correlations with topological order.
