Pleasant Hope Health Services is partnering with CoxHealth CARE Mobile to provide a mobile vaccine clinic at a low cost or FREE Sports Physicals. They will be located at the Pleasant Hope Middle School.
Paper packets will be given to to all students in grades 5-11th grades who will need sports physicals , all PK (entering K), 7th and 11th grades who will need immunizations for the 2026-2027 school year.

***If your student plans to graduate early (meaning they will be considered a senior) and has turned 16 years of age they are eligible for their booster dose of Meningococcal (MCV) immunization. They must have this immunization or have other documentation on file to be considered a senior and be eligible to graduate. If you have questions/concerns contact the HS health office at 417-267-2271 Ext 2303
