We offer licensed residential drug and alcohol halfway house treatment services in Altoona, Blair County, PA. We currently operate one facility, located in the Fairview Hills section of Altoona. Our facility is licensed to house 16 adult male residents, who are seeking halfway house treatment services, following inpatient care. Our dedicated staff, person-centered care, focus on quality, and structured program are all aimed at helping our residents Rise Above the grips of addiction.
