All artwork for the exhibition can be delivered at CiTi BOCES Phoenix location at 70 County Rte 59, Phoenix, NY 13135. 

Southern Tier / Out-of-Range Pick-Up

If you are in need of creating a pick-up, please email wjones@citiboces.org, so we can coordinate for that day. 

Everson Museum (Special Arrangements)

3/26/26 from 4:30–6:30 PM

Schools traveling from outside Onondaga and Oswego counties will have the option to deliver artwork directly to the Everson Museum.

This option is by pre-arrangement only and intended for districts traveling from areas such as Cortland and Tioga. Please email CJ to coordinate this drop off at coliver@citiboces.org

PACKAGING

All pieces must be packaged in boxes with secure lids and the FOC label clearly placed on the exterior of the box for each piece it contains. Each piece must be marked on the bottom with painters’ tape and labeled individually (but can be noted as a set).

What to Include: 

• Student Work: 

  • Each school can submit 6 pieces

  • Please tape a label on the bottom of each piece. Add student's name, school, title, and grade on each piece.

  • Put a red dot on the piece that your school would like photographed for the FoC art poster.

  • Please see Exhibit Entry Form for entry specifications and submission requirements. 

GALLERY OPENING

4/9/26 5-7PM

Teachers will receive digital invites and physical postcards by mail to share with students and families once registration closes. Students will be required to RSVP so we can monitor attendance and ensure appropriate capacity, as the gallery space is limited. RSVP LINK

Scholarships will also be awarded to the pieces that have been selected and chosen as the winners of each scholarship. Judging for scholarships will be on 4/1. Teachers will be notified if their student is a scholarship winner, to make sure they are in attendance that evening.
