Phoenix College invites employers to join an opportunity to shape the future of the technology workforce by hosting community college students in internship and externship experiences. Our students are a dynamic, minority-majority, multilingual cohort pursuing cybersecurity, networking, device repair, and application development careers. These aspiring professionals, enrolled in certificate and bachelor’s programs in Information Technology, are ready to contribute their skills and enthusiasm to your organization.

Flexibility in Engagement: Host individual students or cohorts of 5-20 students customized to the host employer needs, with opportunities for online, in-person, or hybrid engagements to suit your operational needs.

How to Participate
The process to join our program is streamlined for your convenience:
Define the Opportunity: Work with Phoenix College WBE staff to outline the roles, responsibilities, and experiences you will offer students. Contact us at wbe@phoenixcollege.edu or complete the form below and we'll contact you.
Please go ahead and finalize the Agreement. You can enter into a simple agreement with the college to formalize your participation. Here is the agreement we use for:
Meet Your Candidates: Participate in a session to meet and select students who align with your needs and organizational goals.
Host Your Interns: Provide a supportive environment for interns to gain real-world experience, with administrative support from the college.
