Integrate reading and writing curriculum to remove barriers
Fully Implement the Guided Pathways Model in STEM Fields of Interest:
Establish a MESA Program and integrate it into all STEM Departments
Build a portfolio of renewable Work-Based Experiences, make it available to all students
Demonstrate a standard of Data Literacy Proficiency
Support institution-wide training and professional development for faculty and staff to become proficient with data-driven practices
