Turn a figure 8 on the side as shown in the picture.
Put your finger in the middle on the "Start Here" space.
Use your finger to trace the figure 8 as you go up and to the left while breathing in. Follow the loop and continue breathing in until you are in the middle again.
Then, use your find to trace the figure going up and to the right breathing out through the loop until you are in the center again.
Continue this 3-10 times as needed.
