MLOB Fellowship Program
The 𝐌𝐋𝐎𝐁 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 is a PHINMA Education's Social Involvement and Transformation program. Its mandate is to form its students, employees, and communities into the country's nation-builders and duty-bearers, creating partners with the shared responsibility of fulfilling the mission to make lives better through education for the underserved, with the underserved.
Lead Camps
Promoting personal and leadership development, character education, and ethical values through programs and services.
ILAW Camp (Inspired to Lead, Aspire to Win)
ILAW Camp provides a supportive environment for students to enhance their leadership capabilities, build confidence, and gain practical tools to apply in their academic and extracurricular pursuits.
PHINMA Education Student Leaders Summit
The PHINMA Ed Student Leaders Summit is an activity that brings together high-achieving student leaders with a demonstrated history of leadership and community service from PHINMA schools nationwide, aiming to help them realize their potential as individuals poised to make a positive impact not only within their schools but also within their communities.
LOCAL STUDENT COUNCILS AND RECOGNIZED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
Serves to empower students, giving them a voice in school decisions, activities, and policies. Student government plays a crucial role in promoting school spirit, organizing events, and addressing student concerns.

Institutional Activities
The Institutional Activities program under the Student Formation Unit encompasses a series of school-wide events designed to promote values-based education, cultural appreciation, student engagement, and community building. These activities are rooted in the institution’s mission to form individuals who are not only academically competent but also socially responsible and spiritually grounded.
Institutional activities serve as shared experiences that unite the whole AU Community, reinforce school identity, and provide meaningful opportunities for leadership, service, and reflection. These include major annual traditions such as college fests, celebrations, student general assemblies, sports and cultural events and recognition rites.
Through these events, the Student Formation Unit creates a vibrant and formative campus environment that nurtures holistic development—encouraging students to actively live out the core values of the University and contribute to a positive and compassionate school culture.
• Welcome Week: First Week Hi
An event organized by the Araullo University Central Student Council in partnership with CSDL and other Local Student Councils to warmly welcome both freshmen and continuing students as they embark on a new academic year.
• Organization Fair
This event serves as a significant platform for both continuing and incoming freshmen students to explore and become acquainted with the diverse range of organizations within PHINMA Araullo University. By providing this opportunity, students are encouraged to join these organizations, which play a crucial role in helping them balance their academic pursuits with social engagement. Participation in these organizations fosters the development of essential skills such as effective time management.
• AUCSC's GOODWILL GAMES (AU Palaro)
The AUCSC’s Goodwill Games, formerly SG Palaro, is a multi-sport competition that unites student-athletes from different campuses and departments throughout the university. The goal of this celebration of harmony and common interest is to establish a vibrant and inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can come together as one community. In addition to showcasing athletic prowess, the Goodwill Games will exemplify the values of cooperation, resiliency, and respect for one another that characterize our university. The event aims to promote camaraderie, create enduring friendships, and ignite a sense of pride in being a part of PHINMA AU through competitive sportsmanship and spirit.
• Paskong Araullian
This event aims to strengthen the university's sense of community, promote cultural understanding, and encourage the students to embrace the holiday spirit, creating an atmosphere of unity, joy, and compassion during this time of year, even for those who do not celebrate Christmas.

• Foundation Day Celebration
An annual week-long Community celebration of the University’s journey with its students, faculty, and staff, each year with a different theme and concepts.
• Kudos
KUDOS Leadership Awards Night is a formal event that recognizes and celebrates outstanding achievements in leadership within the Recognized Student Organizations and Student Council. Attendees include students, faculty, and student leaders. The evening typically features speeches highlighting the accomplishments of different organizations, followed by the presentation of awards in various categories, such as the Community Service Award, CSDL Excellence Award, and Outstanding Leaders of the Year Award. The event not only honors individuals for their contributions but also inspires others to pursue leadership roles and engage in positive change.
Community Engagement
F1KD - FIRST 1000 DAYS PROGRAM
Community engagement program focused on preventing malnutrition. It aims to provide educational support and nutritional care to pregnant women from low-income families, ensuring that their children are born healthy and grow in a nutritionally balanced environment.
PHINMA Reaches Out
PHINMA's main outreach program regularly organizes activities such as mangrove planting, coastal cleanups, etc. Established strong partnerships with local government units.
Blood Drives
The University's response to the country's blood supply shortage. Students are educated on the benefits of blood donation and encouraged to participate.
Helping Hands
Immediate support and assistance to students and staff during times of calamity or crises. Activated in response to natural disasters pandemics, or other emergencies that significantly impact the university community.
Brigada Eskwela
The program focused on improving and preparing public schools for the upcoming academic year. Faculty, staff, students, and volunteers participate in school clean-up and repair efforts.
Colleges' Outreach
Program Coordination with the departments, demonstrating the integration of community service and engagement within the academic programs.
