Board Approval

The Phillips School District Board of Education will review the district’s Education for Employment plan at the June 19th, 2023 school board meeting.  The long-range plan included:  

(a) An analysis of local, regional, and state labor market needs

(b) A process used to engage parents in academic and career planning.(c) A description of all of the following:

• 1. A plan at each year to support pupils in ACP (scope and sequence)

  2. Career and technical education provided in the district

  3. Professional development provided to staff

  4. How E4E program will meet requirements of s. 121.02 (1) (m), Stats.

(d) A strategy to engage businesses, postsecondary education institutions, and workforce development organizations in implementing the education for employment program.
