Business Technology is a curriculum based on Microsoft Office. The focus application is Microsoft PowerPoint. Other applications discussed are Microsoft Word and Excel. Seniors are required to take the Microsoft Certification Examination. Passing the certification exam allows students to become Microsoft Office Specialists (MOS). The Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is nationally recognized and is approved by the state of Pennsylvania.
