Name:14th Ward RCO Scholarship Fund Application

Eligibility:

• Preferably be a graduating senior living within the 14th Ward (The West side of Broad Street to the West Side of 6th Street on the North Side of Spring Garden to the South Side of Master Street)

• Graduating from a Philadelphia Public School or Home School under the Philadelphia Board of Education

• Be from a low to moderate income family

• Submit an essay of 300-500 words, that shares experiences that demonstrate at least one of the below attributes:
