1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Cup onion, diced
4 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
2 cups apples, diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Wash all produce thoroughly.
Dice onions.
Dice apples.
Half Brussels sprouts.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the onion. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often, until soft.
Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the apple and cook 5-10 minutes or until apples are soft.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice, pepper and salt. Mix well and serve.
