1 head of broccoli, chopped
2 carrots, shredded or thinly sliced
2 large apples, medium dice
1 small red onion, small dice
½ bag of grapes, sliced in ½
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine broccoli, carrots, apples, red onion and grapes in a bowl, set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt and lemon juice.
Add yogurt mixture to the ingredients and mix together.
Add sunflower seeds and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
