4 pears, cored and finely sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
1 small bay leaf
Salt and pepper
In a large pot over medium heat combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes or until the pears turn soft and the mixture thickens.
Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
