1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup baby kale
1/2 ripe banana
Dash of cinnamon

Put all ingredients in blender
Put the top on tightly. Turn blender on medium setting and blend until ice cubes are chopped and mixture is smooth, about 1 minute.
