2 cups baby spinach
2 cups orange juice
2 whole, ripe, peeled bananas (use frozen for an extra creamy texture)
3/4 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt or regular yogurt
Combine the baby spinach and orange juice in a blender, and blend until spinach is broken down into very small pieces.
Add the banana and yogurt, and blend to desired consistency.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
