1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and cubed
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup cold water or ice cubes
1 banana, ripe
2 Tablespoons peanut butter or any other nut butter
Put all ingredients into a blender.
Place top and blend until smooth. Scraping sides down with a rubber spatula as needed (turn blender off first).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
