The PPSP Fellows are educators and practitioners from the high school and college levels with a special interest in aligning teaching and learning across the secondary and postsecondary levels. Through intensive cross-school observations and dialogue, Fellows consider and create high quality professional development and share their knowledge on postsecondary access and success with their colleagues. The Fellows provide a vehicle for faculty and students to work collaboratively on addressing the barriers to college access and success. In this capacity, the group continues to create and share innovative practices, empowering Philadelphia's secondary and postsecondary educators and schools to support students along their path to college and career success.
