Pre-Algebra
Welcome back to all! Looking forward to an amazing school year! Things to know for my class this year:
1) Homework papers will be staples together and go home on Fridays.
2) Some papers may have a "Please Do Over and Hand In" written on it. The student has the opportunity to do that assignment over to get a better grade.
3) There will be about a week's notice for tests and quizzes 1-2 days. I will give them a notecard before tests to write anything they want on it. That notecard may be used on the test. No notecard for quizzes.
4) Grades will be posted weekly.
5) Students have the opportunity to ask questions daily in class. They also the the opportunity to come before school starts to ask for help. I'm here by 7:10 every morning. I am not available after school.

Next week: We will be covering rational numbers, absolute value, additive inverses, GCF, LCM and LCD, simplifying fractions, and comparing and ordering rational numbers.
