Secondary textbooks are reviewed and recommended for Pine Hills by the North American Division of Seventh-Day Adventists. Teachers may sometimes choose between a few recommended textbooks, but for the most part, without special permission, our hands are tied. In 2014, Pine Hills updated its Spanish curriculum in alignment with the NAD recommendations, and this year, because our US history, US Government, Economics, and World History texts were far out of date, we have updated all of those as well. In addition, because we needed high level of flexibility this year, the school has made the additional investment needed to offer our students a suite of online resources during the pandemic. There are many good reasons to use the textbooks we are using in addition to the NAD endorsement. If you want, you can learn more about our curriculum using the links below.
