Athletes must have a familyID account and all necessary paperwork upload. Accounts must be updated every school year. Please read and sign the Athlete Contract. These must be completed before athletes will be allowed to train.
Summer practice starts July 8, 2025 at the High School meet behind the gym.
Tuesday: Conditioning and Team building runs
School Year practice starts August 12, 2025 at the High School, locker rooms and showers are available. Jr. High Athletes will be shuttled to and from the high school. Locker rooms will be available for showering.
Because we have younger athletes who may not drive and others with part-time jobs, we offer a flexible training schedule to support participation. Each athlete is responsible for selecting at least 3 days per week to train and/or tracking their mileage using the Strava app. This flexibility is especially helpful for athletes involved in other sports or those facing transportation challenges.
Regardless of how training is completed, consistent preparation is essential. Regular training helps build endurance and significantly reduces the risk of injury during races.
Monday: After school, 3:30pm- 4:30pm: Conditioning and teambuilding runs
Tuesday: Before school, 6:00am- 7:00am: Morning long run
Wednesday: After school, 3:30pm- 4:30pm: Strength training
Thursday: Before school, 6:00am- 7:00am: Conditioning and teambuilding runs
Optional Saturday: 7:00am Community Run at Battlefield Park, time for our town to rise and run with their favorite Tigers! Coach will join in on the fun!
