SUMMER FEEDING 2017
In efforts to reduce childhood hunger in our community, Pascagoula-Gautier School District Child Nutrition Department is offering FREE summer feeding at select sites in our district this summer! Breakfast and lunch will be served to all children under the age of 18 years at NO cost!
2017 Summer Feeding Locations- Gautier Elementary, Pascagoula Opportunity Center, Jackson Elementary

Meal Price Changes 2017-2018
Pascagoula-Gautier School District is now Community Eligible Provision, meaning all students will eat breakfast and lunch for free. Therefore, no free and reduced applications are required. Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) is a provision from the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 that allows schools and local educational agencies (LEAs) with within qualifications to provide free breakfast and lunch to all students. CEP eliminates the burden of collecting household applications to determine eligibility for school meals, relying instead on information from other means-tested programs such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.
