SCORING Information
This site is your one stop shopping place for all things related to scoring the High School Portfolio. Because we have streamlined the entire process to reduce the amount of time spent scoring the portfolio, we ask that you please follow the directions carefully to ensure that each student's work is graded fairly and consistently.
Digital High School Portfolio Directions
Click on the Portfolio instructions webpage link at the top.

Review the Portfolio Grading Rubric to see how to evaluate each piece of the portfolio
Open the "Judges Number" file to find your Judge #
Open the file "Portfolios to score" on one screen. Your color coded name will be listed in the first and second columns.
Open the Portfolio Score Sheet on your other screen.
Score the portfolios assigned to you.
If you have any questions or get stuck. We will be holding a ZOOM training session on Tuesday, April 19th at 1:00.
l will be available on zoom after the training until 2:30 PM for you to drop in on the zoom and ask questions
Summative Letter Directions:
Click on the summative letter instructions webpage link at the top.
Read over the "new" prompt for the summative letter and the sample summative letter.
Watch the short video which explains how to score the summative letters.
Open the "Judges Number" file to find your Judge #
Open the file "Summative Letters to score" on one screen. (Letters that did not meet the minimum word count are highlighted in green)
Open the Summative letter Score Sheet on your other screen.
Score the Score the summative letters assigned to you assigned to you.
