COVID-19 Considerations

In PGCPS, we will follow the recommendations put forth by the International Performing Arts Aerosol Study.

We will:

Mask our faces and instruments
Maintain 3ft distance indoors and outdoors
Use personal supplies and sanitize chairs/stands between student uses.
Rehearse outdoors when possible
When rehearsing indoors, we will limit playtime of wind instruments to 30 minutes and wait for 1 air-change before playing again. PGCPS has worked to improve the air filtration in all buildings.
Empty water keys in an established location
Practice personal hygiene
