STEM Programming for Exceptional Students

The Center for Excellence in Education is offering two cost-free STEM enrichment programs for students.

  • Research Science Institute (RSI) a six-week intensive summer STEM program that takes place in collaboration with MIT. Students complete research projects with the support of a mentor scientist in fields such as Artificial Intelligence and Material Science.

  • USA Biolympiad (USABO) is the nation’s largest biology education and testing program. The four-tier competition provides the opportunity for students to enrich their understanding of biology through virtual events, learning materials, and USABO club activities.

Students who need more STEM engangement and believe CEE's programs would be a good fit, should vist this prezi and fill out the student interest survey. Those who complete the survey will be invited to attend the November webinars about the programs. The USABO webinar will review how to prepare for the USABO Open Exam. The RSI webinar will provide tips and timeline for completing the RSI application and discuss how the RSI application mirrors college applications.
