Why should students participate? 

Middle school honor ensembles offer students an exceptional musical experience beyond their everyday ensemble. It brings together top young musicians from across the county to rehearse and perform advanced repertoire. Students grow their technical skills, broaden their musical perspectives, and challenge themselves in a supportive, high-achieving environment. Beyond musical development, honor band and orchestra builds confidence, fosters new friendships with like-minded peers, and provides meaningful accomplishments that strengthen college and scholarship applications. It’s an inspiring opportunity for students to excel, connect, and take pride in their artistry while performing
for the community.
