Please ensure all band & orchestra students have these documents filled out and
turned in to Mr. Dignen on time.
Everything is due by Monday, August 31.
*When a Google Document on your phone looks strange (formatting is off), try this.
Toggle "Print Layout" on your phone. If you want to see the document exactly as it looks on your Mac or PC:
■ Open the document in the Google Docs app on your phone.
■ Tap the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.
■ Toggle Print Layout to ON.

Publicity Release Form
Instrumental music is a live, performance-based program! Throughout the year, family, friends, staff, and local media take photos and videos at concerts, assemblies, and events to celebrate our students' achievements. All publicity efforts are strictly used to promote our school and music program in a positive light.
Important guidance for completing the form:
Checking "YES" (Recommended): Allows your child to fully participate in group performance photos, live concert video streams, and official program updates.
Checking "NO": Legally restricts us from including your child in group performance broadcasts or photo displays. If "No" is selected, we are required to obscure/blur your child's face in group media or assign alternate, non-photographed performance roles during recorded events.
All students must have a completed form on file. Please click below to fill out and submit your form.
Volunteer
CLICK HERE to follow the necessary steps to become a volunteer in PGCPS. The more parent volunteers we have, the more we can get done.
Starting at the beginning of the school year, we need help with measuring students for their formal concert attire. We will then need help with various things throughout the school year.
Parent volunteers are welcome for our annual Spring Trip!
