Greetings! My name is Ayanna Dallas and I will be your child's 7th grade Science Teacher for the 2020-2021 SY. I was born and raised in Prince George's County. I attended Prince George's County Public Schools from Elementary to High School. After graduating from Dr. Henry A. Wise High School, I attended Norfolk State University for one year. However, after competing and winning First Place in the Miss Collegiate DMV Scholarship Pageant, I transferred to Howard University. I graduated from Howard University 3 and a half years later, earning a Bachelor's of Science Degree where I majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry.

This will be my third year teaching Science at Gwynn Park Middle School. I love Science and all the exploring, learning, and fun that comes with it. I understand this school year will be much different from others; however, I will do my best to make sure this learning experience is the same as if we were together in the classroom.

I am excited to navigate you and your child through this school year and I look forward to learning and growing with you!
