The MESA team, composed of Michelle Soriano, Sarah Christie, Jose Reyes, Adassa Alvarez, Jazlynne Pichinte, Peter Borda and Ava Larkin, presented their Respiration Sensor Project at the 10th IEEE Integrated STEM Education Conference (ISEC ’20). Despite the frustration in the fact that they were not able to visit Princeton University and attend this conference in person we are so proud that with their continued perseverance and hardwork, these students will be moving on to high school with a published research in their portfolio.
On behalf of the kids, we would like to thank John Hopkins Applied Physics Lab who sponsors the Maryland MESA for extending to us this opportunity.
