Required Application Documents
A complete non-certified driving record with the receipt for any state(s) in which you have been issued a driving permit within the last 10 years. The driving record should be no more than 30 days old.
Eligible candidates may not have more than three (3) previous points on their complete driving history. If you are licensed in the following states, please make sure your driving record indicates the following:
Maryland – Complete Driving Record https://mymva.maryland.gov
District of Columbia – 10-year History Driving Record https://dmv.dc.gov/
Virginia – 7-Year History https://www.dmv.virginia.gov
Other states' driving records in which you have been issued a driving permit in the last 10 years.
Two (2) letters of recommendation - Both letters must be typed, dated, and signed. (Due within 30 days from date of hire).
Letter one (1): This letter must be from a previous employer/supervisor on letterhead.
Letter two (2): The second letter may be from a previous employer or a personal reference, such as a former/current colleague, volunteer coordinator, coach, teacher, mentor, or faith leader. Letters will not be accepted from family members.

DOT Card (CDL/CLP Holders only)
Full DOT Physical (CDL/CLP Holders only)
