Area 1 Elementary Principal Meeting: May 2023
Objectives:
Study the data to reflect on successes and challenges towards the goal of accelerating achievement in mathematics; Act on what to do next based upon what you learned; Determine what structures, strategies, and supports to adapt, adopt, or abandon for SY23-24.
To follow-up and provide responses to FAQs regarding the career teacher ladder and Human Resources updates from the April Systemic Meeting.
To share IT updates and end of the year close-out procedures for student devices, including information about the SY23-24 cart-based pilot for selected schools.
Members of the Area 1 Principal team created sample, innovative schedules for the SY2024. The collaborative groups will present each of their models with an opportunity to ask questions in small group.
