When will I receive my schedule?
Complete the Google Form of your availability for the year
We release the schedule before the Spring events begin and it will cover events from March - November
What if I am not able to make the event I was scheduled for?
We use Google Calendar to schedule events, you simply reply with "Yes" or "No" if you are able to make it
What is the mileage reimbursement?
Everyone will be able to expense their drives at .585 cents per mile (federal mileage rate) - round trip
What time will I need to arrive at the course?
We will email you prior to the date of the event when to arrive
Rules Officials typically will arrive 1.5 - 2 hours prior to the first tee time
Arrival time may vary depending on the event
Volunteers typically will arrive 30 minutes to an hour prior to the first tee time
Is food provided?
Food and beverage will be provided for all our staff during shifts
What do I wear?
Field staff uniforms will be provided and distributed to you
Do I need to bring anything?
You will be given everything you need out of our staff vans upon arrival, but we encourage everyone brings additional supplies else they would need throughout the day
Would I be able to play at courses I work at?
Requests for rounds could be considered, but not guaranteed
How often will I get paid as a rule official?
It depends on the date of the event and when you submit a check request to us
