Player Registration will be located in the Fields Ranch Clubhouse on the 2nd Floor.

Sunday, May 21: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Monday, May 22: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday, May 23: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Please register prior to your first practice round. Anyone not registered by 5:00pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 is subject to losing his place in the field.

To receive Championship purse payments and any other payouts, all players are REQUIRED to have a Workday account. If you do not, PGA of America will be unable to make any payments to you. Please go into your Workday account to ensure your banking information is correct.

WORKDAY ACCOUNT SET UP

Players who need to set up an account for the first time, CLICK HERE.

If you are NOT a US Citizen or a Non-Resident Alien, no W9 is needed, however, you will need to attach your wire instructions and W-8BEN form where it says “attach W9” in the Workday registration application.

NOTE: You must register using a PC or Laptop only. You will not be able to upload your W-9 form from a mobile device or tablet.

WORKDAY LOG-IN ASSISTANCE

In most cases, your email and username are the same. If you know your username and forgot your password, please use the “Forgot Password” link on the Workday sign-in page.  Your new password must not be the same as your current password or username. The password must not have been used within the following 12 last passwords. A minimum of 8 characters is required.

New password must include:
Alphabetic characters
Uppercase character
Lowercase character
Arabic numerals (0 - 9)

Wire transfers are available for international players only that do not have banking information in the US.  If you will be requiring a wire transfer for purse winnings, please email your wiring instructions to Dawn Newell.
