Members of this committee will assist the physically challenged by transporting them via 4-passenger golf carts to and from designated viewing areas located on the course.

COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Abbie Giordano & Elisa Zachary
This committee will assist the PGA Staff in the on-site Admissions Offices. Volunteers will distribute complimentary daily tickets to members of allied associations and specials guests of the event as well as support the ticket system vendor.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Baltusrol Bag Storage - Below PGA Shop/Baltusrol Pro Shop.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Bill Katz & Patti Katz
This committee will support Caddie Registration Sunday - Tuesday then during the Championship, this committee will be responsible for distributing towels and managing the Bag Check system. During Championship Rounds, Caddie Services Volunteers will assemble, distribute, and collect caddie bibs.

The Championship Technology Committee will assist the PGA Staff in the Champ Compound. Volunteers will be responsible for the distribution of technology supplies and checking scoring devices.

COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Anne O'Leary & Jeanie Riley
The Contestant Evacuation Committee is responsible for ensuring the safe evacuation of Contestants and Caddies from the golf course, if necessary, during KPMG Women's PGA Championship Week. The most common reason for an evacuation is bad weather.

The Contestant Registration Committee is among the first group to interact with the contestants upon their arrival to the Championship. Assembling registration packets and registering contestants for their participation in the Championship are the main responsibilities of this committee.

The Contestant Shuttles Committee is responsible for transporting contestants to and from the clubhouse area to the practice area using a 6 passenger cart during KPMG Women's PGA Championship Week.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Transportation Area - Carriage House.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Cyndi Cockren, Greg Greifeld, Roddy McRae & Paul Meiring
Prior to the event, volunteers will distribute the official courtesy vehicles. During the Championship, volunteers will assist with transportation needs at Baltusrol Golf Club. After the Championship volunteers will help collect courtesy vehicles, and drive them to the main pickup location.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Volunteer Headquarters - Information Booth (Fan Zone / Player Right of #18)
COMMITTEE CHAIR: Joe Mallaney
Volunteers are responsible for staffing the on-site Information Booth. Volunteers will answer site related questions for event spectators and guests and will serve as ‘greeters’ welcoming spectators to the event.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: At their assigned Leaderboard.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Grier Hynes & Jen Powers
The Leaderboards Committee is responsible for posting Contestants scores on large boards located throughout the course. Each leaderboard displays the top 8 contestants on course, along with their score for the Championship. You must be able to climb on a ladder.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Tee box of assigned hole.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Anil Atluri & Jennifer Higgins
When play is on the hole, Marshals manage gallery noise and control the crowd, reminding spectators to stand still and be quiet during player’s shots. Marshals also assist with player movement when entering/exiting the hole, operate spectator crosswalks and enforce the grandstand seating policy. When play is not on the hole, Marshals must also protect the hole by ensuring spectators only use designated crosswalks and continue to enforce the grandstand seating policy.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Volunteer Headquarters - Marshals Special Teams Desk - Fan Zone / Player Right of #18.
Members of the Marshal Special Teams will monitor specific areas of the golf course and assist with easing the flow of movement for Players, Caddies, Officials and Media in areas around the Clubhouse and Practice Areas.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Media Center - Baltusrol Golf Club Fitness Center.
COMMITTEE CHAIR: Heather Raincsuk
This committee will assist the PGA Staff with the preparation of the Media Center prior to the beginning of KPMG Women's PGA Championship week. During the Championship, volunteers will be responsible for Media Registration, handling information requests, scoring updates and various other tasks.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Monsterboard - player left of #18 Green.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Kelly Deere & Lee Shavel
Members of the Monsterboard Committee will post Contestants scores on the Monsterboard, a large leaderboard located on the 18th Hole. This board displays the top 10 Contestants leading the Championship, including their hole by hole scores for the day and total score for the Championship. Scores will be relayed via a scoring terminal provided by PGATechnology.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: NBC Compound - behind #16 tee.
Volunteers of the NBC Committee will assist NBC/Golf Channel personnel with various tasks, such as, assisting Camera Crews with transportation and set up of equipment. They will relay Contestant scores and various other statistics.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Baltusrol Golf Club - Main Foyer.
COMMITTEE CHAIR: Polly O'Toole
Volunteers of this committee will play a key role in the operations of the KPMG Women's PGA Championship Pro-AM. They will assemble gift packs, register guests, and be an on course Hole in One witness.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Volunteer Headquarters - Rope & Stake Desk - Fan Zone / Player Right of #18.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Chuck Faig & Janet Faig
Committee members will assist PGA of America staff members by installing rope and stake on the entire golf course the week before the Championship. This committee will also be responsible for tightening the ropes on each hole every morning of the Championship.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Scoring Control Trailer - Champ Compound - Player Left of #5.
COMMITTEE CHAIR: Lindsey Amery
Volunteers of the Scoring Control Committee will be responsible for overseeing the entire electronic scoring system for the KPMG Women's PGA Championship. They will receive scores from the Walking Scorers and electronically dispense the information to the event scoreboards while monitoring boards to ensure no errors have been made.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Volunteer Headquarters - Standard Bearers Desk- Fan Zone / Player Right of #18.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Nancy Dufner & Laurie Kennedy
Walking Standard Bearers will be responsible for carrying the standards for each group of Contestants during the Championship Rounds.

COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Gail Connolly-Stathis & Gail Pollard
This committee will distribute coolers of refreshments throughout the golf course for Contestants, Caddies and Media, replenish product and ice in the coolers throughout the day and collect them upon completion of play each evening. Another task will be to fill and replenish towel buckets with water.

COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Lisa Mirsky & Edie Tato
Committee members will assist the PGA staff with assembling volunteer credential packets and distributing volunteer uniforms the weekend prior to the KPMG Women's PGA Championship. During Championship week, committee members will also staff the volunteer services desk in Volunteer Headquarters and act as ambassadors by assisting volunteers, answering questions they may have and selling remaining uniform items to the volunteers.

CHECK-IN LOCATION: Volunteer Headquarters - Walking Scorers Desk - Fan Zone / Player Right of #18.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS: Darlene Donegan & Michele Marcus
One Walking Scorer will be assigned to walk with each group keeping the players’ scores, as well as certain statistics using a handheld scoring device. A few volunteers will be present as standbys in case a volunteer needs to be replaced due to injury, frequent errors, or absence.
