WHAT TO WEAR

WHILE SCHEDULED TO VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are asked to wear their own khaki-colored bottoms (shorts, skorts or pants) with their official volunteer golf polo shirt and official volunteer headwear item that were provided. You must wear your official volunteer uniform and personalized non-transferable credential any time you are scheduled to volunteer. This will identify you as a PGA of America volunteer to contestants, officials, media, and staff.

WHILE NOT ON DUTY

Volunteers are asked to wear their personalized non-transferable credential along with their official volunteer headwear while on course on the days you are not volunteering. Please wear your credential and headwear, to show spectators you are an ambassador for the Championship and can help when needed.

VOL-STAR TIP - Weather can be hazard-ous! Please be sure to check the forecast before you come onsite to ensure you are prepared for the day. (i.e. waterproof shoes, extra pair of socks, umbrella, sunscreen, sunglasses, bugspray, etc!).

UNIFORM PICKUP & CREDENTIAL DISTRIBUTION

WHAT: Stop by to pick up your Volunteer Uniform during any of the dates and times listed below!

WHEN:

- FRIDAY, MAY 13 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- SATURDAY, MAY 14 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- SUNDAY, MAY 15 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

WHERE: Southern Hills Country Club - VOLUNTEER HEADQUARTERS

PARKING: Lot GP - Oral Roberts University

- (7777 S Lewis Ave, Tulsa, OK 74171) A shuttle bus will bring you to the main entrance onsite.

CREDENTIAL PACKETS

Credential Packets will be mailed to all volunteers directly in mid-April. Your Credential Packet will include your personalized volunteer credential, parking pass, and meal/water vouchers. Please make sure your address is updated in your volunteer profile.
The reason we are shipping these credential packets is to ensure a smooth process for parking and access to the championship when you arrive onsite. If you have not received your credential packet by May 1st, please let the Championship Office know.

STAY
NOURISHED &
HYDRATED

A select number of meal and water vouchers are given to each volunteer to keep you nourished and hydrated during your shifts.

TAKE NOTE:

Meal and water vouchers are redeemable at any outdoor concession stand on-course during normal gate hours. Water vouchers can also be redeemed inside of Volunteer Headquarters.
Volunteers are allowed to bring up to two (2) sealed water bottles each day.
Volunteers are also allowed to bring food (Sandwich/Snacks) into the Championship each day.
Beverages on the tee boxes are for Contestants and Caddies only. Please pick up your beverage from a concession stand.
