TRANSPORTATION

All Players in the field (no Player Alternates) are provided a Lexus courtesy car. Cars are optional for Player use during the Championship. 

Courtesy cars will ONLY be available for pick-up at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) or at The Concession Golf Club. If you fly into/out of any other airport, you will be responsible to arrange your own ground transportation to get to and from The Concession Golf Club to pick up/drop off your car. 

To reserve a courtesy car, you must complete the Courtesy Car Reservation Form (see link below). Please fill out this form so that your courtesy car is available upon your arrival. If you do not inform us of your arrival day and time, your courtesy car may be delayed. A WAIVER must be completed by all Players, and any drivers of the Courtesy Cars. 

PLEASE NOTE: When you pick up your courtesy car you will need to fill out an inspection form prior to taking the courtesy car. You will be responsible for any damage done to the car, big or small, while it is in your possession. Any damages incurred to the courtesy car while in your possession (Including valet services, or other unknown occurrences) will be your responsibility. A third party will inspect the vehicles after they are returned. We suggest taking pictures of the courtesy car when you return it to prove no damages were done while the car was in your possession. We will inform you with an estimated invoice of any damages occurred while in your possession within a couple weeks after the Championship. You will receive the final invoice from pgahq@myworkday.com. The invoice will need to be paid within 90 days of receiving or you will not be eligible for a courtesy car at future Championships. 

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ)

• Upon arrival, proceed to the Transportation Desk, near baggage claim.

• Follow signage to the Transportation Desk which will be staffed with volunteers wearing a navy polo with khaki bottoms.

• If you have not filled out your courtest car waiver, you will complete at this time before receiving the vehicle.

• A volunteer will walk you to the courtesy car.

• You will do a walk-around inspection of the courtesy car.

• Once the courtesy car waiver form and inspection form are signed, you will get the key to your courtesy car and off you will go.

Throughout Championship Week, transportation requests to and from The Concession Golf Club for players and/or their immediate families may be scheduled by contacting the PGA Representative at 561-779-3109 beginning Saturday, April 11, 2026 . Or you may stop by Transportation HQ located onsite. Requests will be granted for travel within a 30-mile radius of the Club.
